First Air is pleased to offer a reduced airfare for ICCH14. Air travel arrangements may be booked through the Reservations Department at 1-800-267-1247 while quoting the promotional number CF09/01/025 to their customer service agent. Reservation hours are from Monday to Friday from 7am to 11pm EST. Weekends and holidays hours are from 9am to 7pm EST.
Details of conference rules and rates
- Fare from Edmonton to Yellowknife return is a base fare of 429.00 plus tax for a total of $476.00 per person.
- All other First Air routes into Yellowknife return, an additional 20% discount will be offered off our lowest published fare ‘G’ class. Seat sales are exempt.
- Booking class is in ‘G’.
- The ticket is valid for travel from July 3 to July 22, 2009.
- Travel must be based on return only.
- Purchased tickets are fully refundable with cancellation up to 2 hours prior to your ticketed departure date. If the ticket has not been cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the departure time, the unused value will be credited as a travel voucher for future travel on First Air, valid for one year from date of issue.
- Date changes are permitted at no additional fee provided you are within the travel dates of the conference and that the same class of service is available. If you are outside of the travel dates, then an upgrade to the next higher fare available will apply. Date changes may only be made through a First Air agent and/or the Reservation Department at 1-800-267-1247.
- Should the client choose a fare type other than this contract rate, such as a seat sale, all rules and restrictions of the purchased fare type will apply.
