Congress Fees
All fees were in Canadian Dollars and could be paid either preferably through credit card (see terms and conditions below) or through bank draft or purchase order.

* Members of IUCH-affiliated organizations are eligible for the discounted members’ registration rate (50$ rebate). For the Canadian Society for Circumpolar Health, please register as a member and pay the 85$ fee as part of your online congress registration. Membership information will be sent to you. For other countries, please refer to the list of national organizations for contact information.
** Students must list their university affiliation during the registration process and provide proof of student status by faxing or emailing a copy of their student card to 867-873-9338.
Registration includes:
- Access to all sessions and presentations on the congress schedule
- Lunches and coffee breaks from July 11th to 16th
- Weledeh Feast and Cultural Immersion Event on July 13th
Tickets for the cultural gala and congress banquet can be purchased during the registration process for $50 per person for each event. It is recommended that tickets for the Banquet and Gala events be purchased during on-line registration as they are both limited seating events.
Canadian Travel Visa Requirements
Participants originating from countries requiring travel visas should check with their Canadian Consulate for the visa application process. Visa information for Russian participants can be found here.

As the internet can be an unsecure place, measures have been taken by our payment gateway to ensure that credit card information will never be stored or accessed outside of the secure online transaction process, not even by the congress organizing staff. All registration fees will be processed in Canadian Dollars.
