    The video conferencing and bus schedules have been posted. The plenary room as well as venues 2 and 5 will be video conferenced. Meanwhile, buses will be useful to get from outlying accommodations to the principal venues as well as to the Weledeh Feast venue.

    A map of St. Patrick’s/Weledeh schools with room allocation has been posted to the website. Venues 1 through 7 have been identified as well as ancillary rooms used by the congress. A map of Sir John Franklin School and the immediate vicinity will also be posted once finalized.

    The website has a new addition — an interactive map with the geolocations of congress participants identified on a Google map. The map was created using the Google Maps and Spreadsheets API, as well as an automated batch geocoder. Some of the locations had to be corrected manually, but it worked through the registrants list quite easily.

    A calendar of events using Google Calendars has been posted to the website. Due to its enhanced functionality including the ability to download entries into your own calendar, the Calendar will replace the tentative timetable on the website.

    The abstract book has been sent to the presses. The 164-page tome will be available as a printed volume as well as an indexed PDF on USB keycards for Congress participants. A final post-congress edition will be posted to the website with all the last-minute entries and no-shows accounted for.

    Just a reminder, the deadline for refunds on congress registrations is June 15th, after which no refunds will be possible due to the locked-in costs of the congress.
